Electric powertrains for vehicles

  • Сomponents of electric powertrain (e-motors, power inverters, generators for range expanders)

  • Integrated solutions (mechatronic modules, electric axles)

  • Batteries

Electric machines

Mechatronic modules

Batteries for EVs and Hybrids

For passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

The product includes the electric motor, control system, cooling system, power inverter, reducer and differential.

Supercapacitor batteries, lithium batteries or hybrid batteries that include both types of elements.

Electric powertrains for city buses

Complex electric powertrain system for city public  transport: electric buses, hybrid buses and trolleybuses.

The electric portal axle (E-Axle) developed by «KG IMPEX» can be used as a driving axle for buses or trolleybuses.

It includes two synchronous three-phase e-motors with water cooling. A power inverter is located inside the axle crossbeam, which makes the integration of E-Axle into a bus quick and easy.

The torque is transmitted from the e-motor through the two – stage reducer and the planetary gear, which makes it possible to get up to 13,000 Nm on each wheel!

Electrics and electronics

We are performing complete development cycle and industrialization of automotive electronics units considering the up-to-date functional safety standards:

  • hardware platform design;
  • manufacturing of prototypes;
  • testing;
  • serial production.
